How can anybody sue their neighbor for a water leak into their building. The building that is residential condo. Is that feasible to file lawsuit on your neighbor, for any other reason that neighbor is also Korean. The lawsuit for $150,000 for a water leak? Did you even consult your neighbor? Was your neighbor willing to pay for any damage? Are you just seeking monetary reward by malicious prosecution? Did you even read the residential building warranty of Del Rey Terrace? Does it state that water leak from building to building should not occur? Was that warranty covered by your neighbor because it occurred within a year of the purchase?
